Millie looks like a part-Chow, part-Lab or Shepherd mix. She is a small to medium size .. only weighing in at 28 lbs now. She is an adult who has already had too many babies from the look of her but there will be no more of that now. Millie is in foster care with her lady-rescuer. She will be getting all of her vet work done over the course of the next few weeks & will be ready for her very own Furever Home in time for Christmas. This is a doggy who needs some help.
Millie was a "street dog" .. abandoned &
left to fend for herself in a big urban city. She managed to dodge
cars & scrounge enough garbage cans for food to keep herself alive for
several months. One day a very caring lady managed to slip a lead over
her head & whisked her away to safety & what we all hope is the beginning of
a brand new life & a second chance at the home & love that she deserves.
